Cakebread Cellars is one of Napa Valley’s premier wineries. It has a stellar reputation for producing world-class Cabernet, Merlot, Chardonnay, & Sauvignon Blanc. Forbes has a neat article on Cakebread’s origin story. And they even have their own You Tube channel. Join us at Tavern & Grocery for a glittering and delicious wine dinner.

This dinner will be extra special for me. It is a return to a place where I spent three years working first as a waiter and then as a restaurant manager: Bull Alley Restaurant 1983-1986. This historical article details the history of the building, which was originally Inge’s Grocery.
